When you submit a demo request on our website, we collect your name, company name, and email address. We do not collect any other personal data through this website unless you contact us directly.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this website.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your demo request and communicate with you about our product. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given at the time of form submission, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Demo request data is typically deleted within 24 months if no business relationship develops.
5. Third-Party Services
We use FormSubmit to process form submissions. When you submit the demo request form, your data is transmitted to FormSubmit's servers for forwarding to our inbox. Please review FormSubmit's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process server logs containing IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel's privacy policy.
