1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Langos website and platform ("Service"), provided by Datacline Ltd. ("Langos", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Langos provides an AI-powered interview intelligence platform that records and analyses developer-AI interaction patterns during technical interviews, generating insights on candidate architectural thinking, AI fluency, and override behaviour.

Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice, particularly during the early-access period. We will endeavour to communicate material changes in advance where possible.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended exclusively for business users — you must be acting on behalf of a company or organisation, and must be authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

— process personal data of candidates without obtaining their informed, specific, and freely given consent in accordance with applicable law;

— attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the platform;

— introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software into the platform;

— use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;

— resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our prior written consent.

5. Data, Privacy and Candidate Consent

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You, as the employer or recruiter, are solely responsible for ensuring that all candidate data processed through the Service is collected lawfully, that candidates have been informed about and consented to the use of AI interview recording and analysis tools, and that your use complies with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade names on this website and platform are owned by or licensed to Datacline Ltd.. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by Langos. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through your use of the Service. By using the Service, you grant Langos a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", particularly during the early-access period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Langos makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Langos does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any analysis or score produced by the platform constitutes a reliable basis for employment decisions. You remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Langos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — even if Langos has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Langos in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of United Kingdom, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
